Here I recognize the Russian super-master Ian Alexandrovich Nepomniachtchi. I have no idea if this picture is recent or not, but it's not common to see Russian masters, especially the most prominent ones, taking pictures next to Fischer's tomb. He'll compete in the World Championship against Chinese master Ding Liren, probably between April and May 2023 due to the prior withdrawal of defending champion Magnus Carlsen ... And just at this moment a picture of him appears next to Fischer's tomb ... Good luck Nepo ! But I'm sure that this does not please the Russian leaders, both in the Russian Federation and in the central Government itself. Oh, my !
