Yes. Honestly it's almost a miracle that Muslim women can play Chess nowadays and even more so represent their Countries in international competitions. Some religious leaders had banned Chess in regions of the Arab world, but this trend has been reversed over the last decade, thanks mainly to the efforts of the Russians who managed to demonstrate to the Arabs that Chess is a sport worthy of respect!
